Shipping and Returns

If you ordered something from us and decided it’s just not what you wanted, you can return your item by contacting us within 21 days of the date shipped for a refund. Visit our contact us page and let us know as early as possible. All returned items must be kept in their original condition and packaging. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Ship the item back to us and we’ll refund you. No returns or refunds will be granted after 21 days from the date of shipping.

Items are handmade when ordered. Items will be shipped within 7 to 10 days from order date. Rush orders may not be possible due to the handmade nature of the item. However, feel free to contact us to see if there is a possibility.

Defective or damaged item

If you received a defective or damaged item, we would be happy to replace it for you. Visit our contact us page to let us know. Ship the item back to us and we’ll send you a new item, with shipping on us.

Please note, custom orders cannot be returned or refunded.

Be Wreathful does not ship outside of the United States. Shipping rates apply. Since items are handcrafted, we will ship items out between 7 to 10 business days from the date of order. Rush orders may not be possible due to the handmade nature of the item. For rush requests, please fill out the Custom Orders form, and we will reach out to you within three business days to let you know if we can accommodate your order.
